Sail Measuring Instructions

These instructions are provided to ensure that a uniform method, for all boats and sails, is applied by all skippers in providing sail dimensions to the ORSSC Handicapper. The method requires the following[1]:

· Sail Measuring forms (MainSail, No.1 Genoa, Spinnaker) and a pen;

· Metal measuring tape 8m or more;

· Chalk line (at least 10m);
