Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club – Game Fishing Season 2026/27

Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club (ORSSC) is now officially affiliated with the Western Australian Game Fishing Association (WAGFA) and the Game Fishing Association of Australia (GFAA).

To participate in the upcoming game fishing season, members must complete individual affiliation through ORSSC.

Member Affiliation

• Adults: $27.60

• Juniors: $16.60 (under 16)

Required for:

• Participation in sanctioned competitions

• Eligibility for records, captures, and tag & release programs

• Compliance with recognised game fishing rules and standards

WAGFA coordinates game fishing activities across WA and maintains state records, while GFAA provides the national rules and standards for ethical and recognised angling practices.

WA Game Fishing Events

Affiliated members can represent ORSSC in WAGFA-sanctioned events across the state, including:

• Clash in the Canyon (Swordfish Tournament)

• GAMEX – Exmouth

• WA Open (Perth Game Fishing Club)

• Abrolhos Islands Game Fishing Tournament

These events provide opportunities to compete, record captures, and represent ORSSC at a state level.
