With a stunning unmatched location right on the ocean's edge, facing directly towards the beautiful Indian Ocean and our famous Western Australian Sunsets, Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club is the ideal location to celebrate your Wedding.


With three stunning formal function areas, three bars, a fully equipped kitchen, and great staff, we have the facilities and the experience to help you plan your special day, with our facilities allowing us to cater for between 50 and 150+ people.

Our Wedding Packages have been tailored to provide a vast array of options while maintaining sensible pricing. To further ease the stress, we offer several add-on options to save co-ordinating hire companies and third parties.

On top of that, we can also help by advising on Celebrants, musical entertainment, DJ’s and many other aspects to make it the perfect day!

Booking your function, you will meet with our Functions Coordinator, who will be happy to talk through options with you. Here at the club, we are happy to cater for all special dietary requirements, given enough notice.

And for a small additional fee, we can allow your Wedding ceremony to take place on our grounds, perched above the Indian Ocean with the waves breaking only a short distance away. This optional package includes hiring your Ceremony Space either on the north or south sides of the grounds, dressed registry table and chairs, 24 dressed guest chairs, a red carpet, and, set up of your ceremony space.

The dining hall at Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club is a large, light room with panoramic Ocean Views. The hall opens out onto our licensed patio and outdoor area, which can also be used during your function for no extra charge.

The hall and outdoor area are also available for your wedding ceremony, with the Indian Ocean providing a stunning backdrop for your special day.

Adjacent to the hall is our galley kitchen, meaning we can quickly and easily provide food including drink service for your function. The hall also has a large stage and dance floor which can accommodate all types of entertainment.

We recommend that functions with guest numbers of 50 and above consider using the dining hall for their function.

The lounge at Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club is a room available for smaller functions. The lounge can be opened out onto the bar area or closed off for a private function. The lounge has a small dance floor and room for a DJ, band or other types of entertainment.

The lounge opens out onto our licensed balcony area, which has stunning Ocean Views. Functions as little as 20 people and as large as 70 people will be comfortable in our lounge, minimum of 50 people is required for all sit-down meals.

The Ocean Reef Platter Selection is designed to be served as a pre-dinner appetiser for a more formal event or to add some variety to your cocktail or canapé selection. Platters are served to your guests by our helpful staff.

The Ocean Reef Cocktail Selection is designed to provide a wonderful range of food for your Cocktail Function, or alternatively to offer a small array of items as a pre-dinner appetiser.

Impress your guests with a modern and innovative way to serve food to accompany your pre-dinner drinks. The Ocean Reef Noodle Box Selection offers great, easy to eat appetisers, served in noodle boxes.

The price of the set menu is based upon one item per course or you may choose an alternative meal per guest for an extra $4.00 per head.

Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club endeavours to help you in every way we can to make your special day exactly as you dreamed. With a stunning venue overlooking the Indian Ocean and fantastic catering, your wedding coordinator is available to provide you with the services of a wedding planner.

When you book a function with Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club, you will be asked to pay your venue hire fee as a deposit. This includes the hire of your function booking and also the complete set-up of your wedding to the highest standard of our in-house wedding coordinator. Complimentary tea and coffee are included for your guests, served alongside your wedding cake, which can be cut and plated or wrapped to take home.

Table linen is included in the fee; however, should you choose to hire 10-seater tables an additional $5.00 per table applies.

Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club can provide you with our own chair covers in black or white so you don’t have to hire from elsewhere. We have a large range of sash colours available and can supply Sashes for an extra $4.90 per chair.

These beautiful pieces will make great additions to your tables, with a wide range to choose from, you'll be sure to find the perfect one for you. Ask our wedding Coordinator to show the large range available at the club for hire

Useful for all types of occasions, we have a set of different sized and shaped mirrors available to hire for events. From large square mirrors to round mirrors, they are available for hire at $3.00 each

We have a large white wishing well available to hire for your reception. We will decorate the wishing well according to your colour scheme and position on the gift table, with a hiring cost of $70.00.
