1st Floor Coastal Hall

(200 SIT DOWN | 250 COCKTAIL | 310 TOTAL WITH BALCONY)

Catering for up to 200 guests for seated service or 250 cocktail style, the 1st Floor Coastal Hall is a spacious and versatile function area ideal for larger celebrations and events. When hiring the entire first floor including the balcony, the total capacity extends to 310 guests, offering generous space and flexibility.

This room is well suited for weddings, formal functions and larger gatherings, providing a premium setting within the club. The inclusion of the Northern Deck for wedding bookings allows guests to enjoy additional space and coastal views as part of the overall experience.

HIRE COST:

$1150 (Wedding – includes Northern Deck)
$700 (All other functions Mon – Thurs)
$800 (All other functions Fri, Sat and Sun)

1ST FLOOR NORTHERN DECK

(CAPACITY 50 – 80 PEOPLE)

Exclusive use of the entire Northern Balcony, perfect for those long summer nights enjoying the coastal view. This outdoor space provides a relaxed and open setting, ideal for social gatherings, smaller celebrations and sunset events.

The Northern Deck offers a unique atmosphere with fresh sea air and elevated views, creating a memorable backdrop for your function.

HIRE COST:

3 hours – $500

1ST FLOOR BOARD ROOM

(SEATS UP TO 14 PEOPLE)

A professional setting including Smart TV and WiFi, ideal for meetings, presentations and small group gatherings. The Board Room provides a private and focused environment suitable for business discussions or committee sessions.

With seating for up to 14 people, this space offers comfort and functionality in a modern club setting.

3 Hours – $250

Located on the edge of the Indian Ocean with uninterrupted views of the famous Western Australian sunsets, Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club offers a stunning setting and modern facilities for events of all types. Our brand new clubhouse features premium event spaces, full catering by our in-house Chef, and the support of a dedicated Functions Co-ordinator to help your event run smoothly from start to finish.

We regularly host:

  • Weddings, ceremonies and receptions

  • Engagements and anniversaries

  • Christenings and wakes

  • Birthday celebrations (excluding 18th and 21st birthdays)

  • Business seminars, functions and sundowners

  • Seasonal events, including Christmas parties

  • Charity fundraisers, community events and more
