Optional Extras

All The Other Things We Can Do To Help You Organise Your Special Day. Here at Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club, we endeavour to help you in every way we can to make your special day exactly as you dreamed. Not only do we provide a stunning venue and great catering, your wedding coordinator is on hand to provide you with the services of a wedding planner. So once you are booked in with  us, sit back, relax and let us do as much or as little of the planning as you’d like!

What is Included in your Venue Hire at the Club?

A lot! When you book a function with us, you will be asked to pay your venue hire fee as a deposit. This not only pay’s for the hire of your function space, but also includes the complete set up of your wedding to the high standards of our in house wedding coordinator.  Also included in your Venue Hire Fee is complimentary tea and coffee for your guests, served alongside your wedding cake, which can either be cut and plated or bagged for your guests to take home. There is no extra charge for table linen at Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club, although if larger tables need to be hired
then matching linen will also be required. Finally, our friendly staff, will serve you and your guests throughout the evening and do all they can to make sure your wedding reception is exactly as you’d imagined.

What are Optional Extras?

Included in your Optional Extras Package is a huge range of Wedding Services the club can provide for you, making it more convenient and a great deal less expensive than hiring or buying from elsewhere. For the few services we don’t provide you will find an extensive list of trusted contacts, to help you easily find all the services you need.

Ceremony Packages

Not sure where to have your ceremony? Then look no further. With our beautiful Ocean Backdrop and plenty of flexibility in case of bad weather, Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club couldn’t be a better  place for your ceremony. Let us entertain your guests while you are photographed. It’s convenient and hassle free. $250.00

Chair Covers

Here at Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club we provide our own chair covers so you don’t have to hire from elsewhere. Not only are we a substantial amount cheaper than our competitors, we also have the largest range of sash colours in Perth! Please ask our wedding coordinator to show you our vast range at your first consultation.

Here at the Club we have created a simple choice of Bonbonnierre which is guaranteed to please your guests. The idea of Bonbonnierre is to give your guests a small token of your appreciation, and to say thank you for sharing in your special day. The following selection offers a great choice of Bonbonnierre to all tastes.

Lolly Bank

A Table Set with a ‘Lolly Bank’, a selection of five different lollies in attractive glass jars. Let your guests help themselves to lollie’s during the evening, or take a bag home with them. A real sweet way to say thanks!-

Organza Gift Bags

Organza gift bags are an attractive choice for your Bonbonnierre which will exactly match your sash colour. Guests receive their own bag in their place setting, with your choice of treat or gift inside, a great memento from your special occasion.

Miniature Wine & Spirit Bottles

If you know your guests would more appreciate a little bottle of their favourite tipple to drink to you on your  special day, then this is the Bonbonnierre for you! Give your guests a small bottle of wine or liquor for a gift they can take home and enjoy. Each bottle is decorated with ribbon to match your colour scheme and for a small additional cost, labels with your names and date of
your wedding can be made.

Wishing Well

Here at the club we have a large white Wishing Well available to hire for your reception. We will decorate the wishing well according to your colour scheme and position it on the gift table. All contents will be locked in the safe over night to await collection.

Seating Plan and Place Cards

Here at the club we are able to design and make you a professional and elegant seating plan, with the option of matching place cards. Cheaper and much easier than ordering from elsewhere!

Top Table Decorative Drape
